Ms. McLauchlin received her Juris Doctor from Regent University Robertson School of Law in May 2007 and is now a solo practitioner in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was licensed to practice law by the Commonwealth of Virginia in October 2007. Ms. McLauchlin's general practice includes representation in a wide range of legal issues, to include, sports and entertainment, contracts, wills, juvenile delinquency, child custody/visitation and child support. Attorney McLauchlin is also a member of the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association, Inc.

In 2003 Ms. McLauchlin received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. Growing up as a military dependent Attorney McLauchlin has traveled domestically and abroad; thereby enhancing her life skills and vast exposure to diversity.

Attorney McLauchlin's pursuit of excellence extends beyond her practice and into her leisure activities. She is a devoted member of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association and supports Hokie sporting events with passion. Attorney Cassandra McLauchlin volunteers regularly with the Salvation Army and for the past nine years as a basketball coach in the community.
